Warranty Process

While every effort is taken to provide a solid product, we acknowledge that defects are an unfortunate reality. If you feel you received a faulty product, please email our support team at support@wanakaoutdoors.com with the following details:

  • Original order number
  • Description of the problem
  • Photos clearly showing the issue
  • Current shipping address

Our products are created to last adventure after adventure and we stand by that. But please note that warranties are not offered for products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
