We want you to be completely satisfied with your WANAKA products. They were designed and created with the highest level of quality to help you on your travels and adventures. If for any reason you are not satisfied we want to make it right. We are happy to adjust orders, offer exchanges, or accept returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
All returns or exchanges must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging. We do not pay for shipping in either direction unless the purpose for the return or exchange is due to a fulfilment error on our part.

- Items must be purchased from wanakaoutdoors.com
- Orders placed with promotional discount codes are not eligible for returns
- International orders are not eligible for returns
- We do not refund shipping costs in either direction
- Discounts are not given after purchase
- We cannot give discounts that were offered before or after the time of purchase
